Assist Chief Accountant to manage the accounting matters at MKW and GEV

SCOPE
Entry daily bookkeeping journal into SAP system.
Making weekly bank balance/ cash ending balance reports. In time of monthly end closing and report.
Prepare monthly reports: FS; VAT; SBV;
Preparing quarterly/ annually reports: FDI reports; statistics and Customs; FS and CIT finalization and transfer price reports Independent audit for annual auditing FS reports.
Checking all the payments supporting documents.
Make the paper payments application and internet payment application.
Preparing accounting payments and procurements in compliance way.
Issuance the monthly Sales invoices to Clients/ EVN properly.
Preparing the letters/ application to Local authorities relating to Taxation and accounting work.
Willing to handle relating others additional works
Liaise with other relevant stakeholders for their report in compliance with company regulations and laws or their explanation when inaccuracy or mismatch with current financial resources, ah-hoc and budget approved.
Propose for enhancement in accounting mattes to align with local law, management purpose and business strategy.
Job Requirement
Education
At least Bachelor’s in Accounting/ Auditing.
CPA/ ACCA/ tax agencies certificate is plus.
Knowledge
Good knowledge in IFRS, VAS,
Good in Vietnam taxes, and Vietnam corporate laws.
Good Excel knowledge.
Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience at Big 4 is preferable.
Professional in processing payment with EVN is preferable.
Documentation is high required.
Deploy and implement SAP software is a plus.
Language
English: Proficiency, especially in Accounting terms.

Specific Skills
Proficiency in MOS (Word, PowerPoint,..), special in excel accountant skills.
Be able to independent working and teamwork with high sense of flexibility, and be able to work under high pressure and the level of changing and manoeuvre from company.
