Gulf Vietnam Limited Liability Company, a subsidiary of Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited. Gulf Vietnam is the operator of the 69-MW GTN1 and 50-MW GTN2 solar projects in Tay Ninh Province, in addition to the 128-MW offshore Mekong wind farm project located in Binh Dai district, Ben Tre province.
